Tutto è cominciato a Fiuggi, dove gli amaretti morbidi venivano preparati già ai tempi dei Papi, secondo ricette tramandate da generazioni. Si narra che proprio Papa Bonifacio VIII amasse farsi preparare questi dolci semplici ma intensi, a base di mandorle, albume e zucchero.Da quel nucleo antico nasce la nostra passione. Nel tempo, la tradizione si è evoluta: allo stesso impasto degli amaretti si è aggiunta una nota fruttata per dare vita ai Visciolotti, con cuore di marmellata di visciole. La nocciola, abbondante nei nostri territori, ha ispirato i Tozzetti – simili ai cantuccini toscani ma più croccanti e con un gusto tutto laziale.Ma la nostra storia non si ferma qui.È con Marisa, campana di origine e amante delle tradizioni del Sud, che la famiglia ha deciso di ampliare la produzione, abbracciando nuove tipicità regionali. Nascono così i taralli pugliesi e napoletani, intrecciati a mano uno ad uno, e i panettoni artigianali della tradizione natalizia campana, senza conservanti né compromessi.Ogni dolce è frutto di una passione vera, di materie prime selezionate, di lavorazione artigianale e di una volontà precisa: portare un pezzo d’Italia autentica sulle tavole di chi sa apprezzare il gusto e la verità. Alles begann in Fiuggi, wo die weichen Amaretti bereits zu Zeiten der Päpste nach überlieferten Rezepten zubereitet wurden. Man sagt, dass Papst Bonifatius VIII. diese einfachen, aber intensiven Süßigkeiten aus Mandeln, Eiweiß und Zucker liebte.Aus diesem alten Kern entstand unsere Leidenschaft. Mit der Zeit entwickelte sich das Rezept weiter: Aus dem gleichen Amaretti-Teig entstanden die Visciolotti, gefüllt mit Sauerkirschmarmelade. Die in der Region reichlich vorhandene Haselnuss inspirierte die Tozzetti – ähnlich den toskanischen Cantuccini, aber knuspriger und mit einem ganz eigenen Geschmack.Doch unsere Geschichte geht weiter.Mit Marisa, einer traditionsbewussten Frau aus Kampanien, wurde die Produktion erweitert: handgedrehte Taralli aus Apulien und Neapel sowie handwerklich hergestellte Panettoni aus der weihnachtlichen Backtradition Süditaliens.Jedes unserer Gebäcke ist Ausdruck wahrer Leidenschaft, ausgewählter Rohstoffe und handwerklicher Fertigung – mit dem klaren Ziel, ein Stück echtes Italien auf den Tisch derer zu bringen, die Qualität und Authentizität zu schätzen wissen.

It all began in Fiuggi, where soft amaretti were prepared even during the times of the Popes, following ancient family recipes. Legend has it that Pope Boniface VIII loved these simple yet intense treats made with almonds, egg whites, and sugar.From those roots grew our passion. Over time, the tradition evolved: with the same amaretti dough, we created the Visciolotti, filled with sour cherry jam. The abundance of hazelnuts in the region inspired the creation of Tozzetti – similar to Tuscan cantuccini, but crunchier and with a unique local character. But our story doesn’t end there. With Marisa, a woman from Campania and a lover of traditional recipes, our production expanded to include handmade taralli from both Puglia and Naples, and artisan panettone made according to classic Southern Italian holiday tradition. Each sweet is the result of true passion, carefully selected ingredients, and authentic craftsmanship, aiming to bring a taste of real Italy to those who appreciate quality and honesty.
